Alicia Whittlesey is a regulatory and compliance professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting life sciences companies in compliance-focused roles, including her role where she worked in-house. She works with pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to identify, assess, and manage regulatory and commercial compliance risks across a product’s different lifecycles.

Alicia advises on compliance matters such as advertising and promotion, medical and corporate communications, clinical research, patient support programs, social media, and field sales activities. She also supports the development, enhancement and assessment of compliance programs through document and policy review, and trainings, with deep experience advising on regulatory expectations and compliance related considerations.

In addition to her work with PorzioCS, Alicia is a Principal at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and Chair of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman’s Life Sciences Practice Group, where she provides legal counsel to life sciences clients on fraud and abuse, Anti-kickback and other laws and regulations across business activities, while helping to manage and support the Life Sciences group to best serve our clients.
