We have structured our pricing options—and built flexibility into them—so that we can work with the businesses we want to support most: entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds who may or may not have plentiful resources and experience but do have high levels of ambition. We have priced our services in a manner that delivers unparalleled value. That includes the following alternative billing arrangements.

F Fixed-Fee Arrangements We regularly provide pre-licensing services to clients on a fixed-fee basis. The flat fee in any particular engagement may vary, depending on its particular factors, including, for instance, the applicable city fees and the complexity of the relevant municipal regulations. The flat-fee mechanism gives our clients cost certainty, and means we, not them, bear the risk that the licensing process runs into unexpected complications.

S Subscription Pricing For different stages of the business lifecycle, we offer different services—and different pricing options. For clients that have secured licenses and are operating businesses, we offer a subscription pricing model that offers “compliance as a service.” Under our subscription program, PorzioCS conducts monthly on-site audits to ensure that an operating business is compliant, and to recommend any corrective action necessary to maintain that status.
