Maggie Lam is Vice President of Licensing Services with Porzio Compliance Services, LLC. Ms. Lam oversees the organization’s Licensing & Distribution Team, which helps manufacturers and distributors fulfill licensing requirements for the distribution of legend and controlled drugs, medical devices, and over-the-counter products.

In her role, she coordinates and manages various projects involving the acquisition of initial, renewal, and modified licenses for numerous life sciences companies. Additionally, Ms. Lam shares responsibility for the company’s quality control processes, custom compliance projects, and marketing efforts.

Ms. Lam has extensive experience in guiding life sciences organizations through complex licensing processes and renewal procedures. Additionally, she is heavily involved in the gap analyses that assist organizations in determining their requisite licensing obligations.

Ms. Lam is co-author of “License to Ship: What You Don’t Know about State Wholesale Distribution Licensing Laws Can Cost You,” RAPS InFocus, Volume 13, No. 10, October 2008.

Ms. Lam received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Montclair State University.
